Ashwini Agrawal currently leads the BFSI Team that works on designing solutions for clients using advanced ML techniques to harness information from different forms of data to power AI actions across customer acquisition and growth, risk management and customer service. Current areas of focus include AI-enabled Personalized Recommendations, Holistic ML-based Risk Decision Engine, Fraud Management Systems & Customer Experience with last-mile integration for real-time end-user consumption.
Ashwini has previously worked with 7, Capital One, and HSBC in different roles. He has a Masters from Bachelor (Hons.) & Masters from IIT Kharagpur in Physics (5 yr. Integrated).
