Gail Galuppo is a C-suite executive in customer strategy and marketing with extensive experience leveraging data and analytic solutions to identify “order of magnitude” insights and drive change. Working for top corporations across the globe in financial services, retail, banking, payments and technology industries, Galuppo transformed organizations to enable customer-centric decisioning with the use of strategic analytics.
In 2012, Galuppo joined BankersLab® as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Gail is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic growth plan to expand and position the company as the leader in providing gamified mobile and simulation-based training products to the retail banking industry.
Prior to BankersLab, Gail was Head of Strategy and Marketing at Hewlett Packard, where she led worldwide strategy development, marketing activities, and analytic solutions across product lines, client business verticals, and consumer segments for the $25B Imaging and Printing Group.
Ms. Galuppo served as EVP, Chief Marketing Officer at Western Union where she built a worldwide database infrastructure across 202 countries and territories and led strategic analytics across all functional areas. Over her 25-year career in marketing, product development, and customer strategy, Galuppo also held senior management positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Sears Holdings, GE Consumer Finance, and Discover Card Financial Services. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Aflac.
