Pritam leads Innovation and Technology at BRIDGEi2i and provides strategic leadership for its business efforts with consumer industries. He brings over two decades of rich experience in analytical transformation involving technology and data science across various industries and functional domains. Pritam has worked with several Fortune 500 firms in customer intelligence, commercial spend optimization, operational effectiveness, sales transformation, and intelligent automation.
Before BRIDGEi2i, Pritam served in HP as the Global Director of Marketing, Customer and E-commerce Analytics. He also led a high-power data science consulting team focused on strategic projects at GE. Pritam has won several awards for innovation; Right from designing the pricing and discount strategy for GE Plastics using game theory to defining the capital allocation strategy for Genworth (GE Insurance) using a net income optimization framework. His work was hailed by Wall Street analysts and received numerous accolades and innovation awards at GE and HP, including a patent. He was also the recipient of the highest level of annual leadership awards from GE/Genpact (Platinum) and HP (MVP Award).
Pritam is passionate about building innovative solutions for customers. He also loves sports like cricket and soccer and is also a keen movie buff. He is a Gold Medalist from the Indian Statistical Institute Calcutta. He completed his Masters in Statistics with specialization in Mathematical Statistics and Probability.
